Introduction
These Terms of Business govern all sales made by EJH Collectables. By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. They are written clearly and plainly so that buyers understand how we operate and what to expect when buying from us. Buyers must be over the age of 18.

Descriptions and Condition
Every item is individually inspected, photographed, and described with care. We aim to grade condition conservatively and note any faults visible at the time of listing. Photographs show the exact item offered for sale and form part of the description. If you require clarification before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us.

Ordering
An order is accepted once payment has been received. Until that point, items may remain available for sale. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. As our stock consists of one of a kind items, exchanges are not possible.

Pricing
Prices are listed in pounds sterling. We aim to ensure accuracy, but if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the parcel. In some cases, we may need to discuss shipping options with you before you are able to complete your order.

Payment
Payment may be made using the methods offered at checkout. Bank transfer instructions will be provided where applicable. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once funds have cleared.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Items are packed securely using rigid cardboard boxes, watertight bubble‑wrap, and packing materials to prevent movement. Parcels are marked as fragile, and all deliveries are sent using tracked services. Higher‑value items are insured appropriately. Our goal is to ensure that each item arrives safely and in the same condition in which it was photographed.

Returns and Refunds
Buyers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within that period. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If an item is returned showing signs of handling or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction for diminished value.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was materially misdescribed. Refunds are issued once the item has been returned and inspected, and will be made to the original payment method. Certain items—such as sealed media that has been opened, or items damaged after delivery—may not be eligible for return.

Loss or Damage in Transit
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Photographs of any damage to packaging or contents will assist in making a claim.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil an order where the cause is beyond our reasonable control. This includes events such as natural disasters, severe weather, industrial action, transport disruption, accidents, illness, or other circumstances that prevent normal operation. In such cases, we will keep you informed and complete the order as soon as reasonably possible.

Liability
We take care to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. However we are not able to accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on information provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer details with third parties except where required to process an order or comply with legal obligations.
