Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to the size, weight, value, and destination of the parcel, and are calculated at checkout. In some cases we may need to discuss shipping options with you before you are able to complete your order.

General Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Every item is packed carefully using rigid cardboard boxes, watertight bubble‑wrap, and packing peanuts to prevent movement. Parcels are marked as fragile, and all deliveries are sent using tracked services. Higher‑value items are insured appropriately. Our goal is to ensure that each item arrives safely and in the same condition in which it was photographed.

Framed Art and Works on Paper
Framed art and works on paper are packed using methods suited to their materials. Glass is secured with masking tape to minimise damage if breakage occurs. Oils and other delicate surfaces are covered with glassine. Structural stability is provided by polystyrene sheets and rigid cardboard panels. Larger works are shipped in dedicated art boxes designed to protect frames and glazing during transit.

Vinyl Records
Vinyl is shipped in dedicated 12‑inch mailer boxes with additional card for rigidity. Records are removed from their sleeves and placed between the sleeve and a protective card sheet unless the item is unsealed. Where appropriate, a new anti‑static inner sleeve is supplied alongside the original. This approach reduces the risk of seam splits and ensures the record is protected throughout transit.
